Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted on October 25, 2022 through October 27, 2022, Hospice For All Seasons, LLC, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
